The Human Resources - QLS Level 3 Course is designed for students who work in or wish to work in the field of Human Resource Administration and management. The Principles of Human Resource (HR) Practice – Level 3 Certificate (RQF) Course is suitable for any learners who are new to HR, work in a HR support role and wish to develop their knowledge and skills or who are looking to further their HR career with a nationally recognised qualification. The course aims to provide the learner with the knowledge and skills for what is required of an individual working in a HR role. The course will investigate a key area of HR in each unit in order to provide the learner with a detailed understanding of the sector as a whole. The Personnel Skills - QLS Level 2 Course is designed for learners who wish to improve their knowledge and make a greater contribution to personnel administration. On successful completion of this course, learners will receive a QLS Level 2 Endorsed Certificate of Achievement from the Quality Licence Scheme and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the components the learner has completed as part of the course).

The Equality & Diversity – Level 2 Certificate (RQF) Course is for students who are wanting to improve their understanding of Equality and Diversity and gain a full RQF listed qualification. The objectives of this course are to help learners to raise their awareness of the issues surrounding equality and diversity and demonstrate this awareness through their actions in the workplace. On successful completion of the course you will receive a recognised level 2 Certificate Qualification with 18 credits from NCFE.

The Fire Warden - QLS Level 2 Course has been written for those involved in, or those who are working in an industry or business setting.
