3. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes
4. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
5. Distance Learning Courses Limited reserve the right to use all or part of the Feedback for the purpose of a testimonial. By submitting the feedback you are agreeing for your comments to be used as individual testimonials for the course you have completed. Testimonials can be removed at a later stage on written request if required.
6. Entries can only be submitted via this online form and Distance Learning Courses Limited accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost or delayed.
7. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process and we will notify the student by telephone before publishing any information.
8. The winner will be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw and shall participate in such activity on Distance Learning Courses Limited's request. This usually involves the use of a suitable photograph of the winner with their prize and details of the winner in our news page, social media pages and newsletter. The winner consents to the use of this data both before and after the closing date of the Prize Draw for an unlimited time.
9. The prize will be sent to the winner by special delivery or courier service.
